Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns for damaged items due to our error or exchanges for any other reason within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your jewelry for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email email@example.com to request a return or exchange.
- Please email your original receipt with your request and note which item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Once we receive your return, it generally will take 1-2 weeks to return to stock and credit your account with the refund or exchange.
- Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product will vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
